From the speaker's bio: Ethan Bueno de Mesquita is professor and Deputy Dean for Faculty in the Harris School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago. He is also the director of the Center for Policy Entrepreneurship. His research focuses on applications of game theoretic models to a variety of political phenomena including terrorism, rebellion, and other forms of political violence and accountability in elections.
