Research
IPC organizes research workshops and seminars, including the 2023 - 24 International Policy Research Seminar Series (IPRS). The Center also serves as co-sponsor to the Economic Development Seminar.
IPC provides funding to students to pursue meaningful research opportunities. The Center's Research Scholar awards permit Ford School PhD students to conduct research on issues related to global security, development, health, and cooperation. IPC also supports Ford BA and MPA/MPP students to build essential research skills through extended research project awards.
Experiential learning
The Ford School offers curricular opportunities for students who have a keen interest in international policy/affairs. Among the Ford School's international policy-focused courses, IPC administers overseas courses, including the International Economic Development Program and the BA Global Engagement Seminar.
IPC offers an array of funding opportunities to Ford School students pursuing experiential learning, including our student-initiated project awards.
