From Ryoko Sato's bio:Ryoko Sato is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at University of Michigan. She studies development economics focusing on health behavioral change. She has been conducting a field experiment to examine what kind of incentive generates changes in health behaviors. Her projects include research in rural Nigeria on whether emotional message increases the vaccination take-up among women. Prior to joining Ph.D. program, Ryoko received a BA in International Studies and a MA in Economics in Japan.
