Ciorciari discusses China's shift on war in Ukraine

China's view on the war in Ukraine is shifting as Russia continues its attack. John Ciorciari, associate professor of public policy and director of the Ford School's International Policy Center and Weiser Diplomacy Center, discussed what has changed.

"The costs of defending the Kremlin are rising as Russian atrocities mount, and sanctions will hurt China's energy-needy economy," he said.
